BicubicResize in DVD2SVCD

How does one change the BicubicResize? I want to use (480,360,0.00,0.60) but DVD2SVCD reverts to 720,576. I loaded the Avs file into CCE2.5. Does one alter the resize in DVD2AVI first?

Muse this is strike 1 for not doing a search breaking rule #1. The fact that the answer is located in a sticky Right above your thread is a good one of the reasons you haven't gotten any answers. Thank You chainsaw135 for replying. I had actually read that - it is an excellent sticky. Markrb recently said after 100 encodes he was using:
BicubicResize(480,360,0.00,0.60) (note not SimpleResize)
AddBorders(0,60,0,60)

CCE 2.5 wont accept that and insists on:
BicubicResize(480,432,0.00,0.70)
AddBorders(0,72,0,72)

I wondered why?

I do NTSC you do PAL. Add up the borders with the smaller number.
NTSC 480, PAL 576.

Thats the only difference is one is ntsc and you do pal. SO again do more reading before you post a question so your strike stands.
