Hi,

which version of CCE you are using ? SP2.5 or 2.64 ?

It's okay, if I donate 15$ for LINK2 or can I work with the free Vfapi Reader ? What are your experiences with LINK2 ?

P.S. Why doesn't CCE 2.64 Sp read any avs-files ?

I want to use DVD2SVCD with CCE2.64 and Link2 and FitCD.

Before the encoding process is starting,1 want to edit the AVS file with fitcd.

But I think that CCE2.64 don't read any avs-file !?

What can i do ?

True, only CCE2.50 reads AVS files.

Of course it is always ok to donate $15 for Link2. But like you said, you can also use VFAPI. This will be a bit slower since you have to convert to RGB before importing in CCE2.64. See AviSynth Q&A (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?threadid=25002)
Q12.3, Q12.4 and Q23.

You seem to know what to do already. You know CCE 2.64 doesn't open AVS scripts, that why you have to use Link2. Since you know what Link2 is I assume you know that it converts AVS files into fake AVI files, for compatibility reasons. Therefore, any edits to the AVS file you make at the begining will transfer over through Link2. Do you still have a problem?
