No Problem, just right click on the file name and put in the new name. Just be careful - Always in upper case and to keep in with DVD spec you must have a title set 1. So VTS_01_x.xxx is a must.
You then number them sequencially and run them through ifoedit with

Correct Vob-Unit (Navigation Pack) pointers in VOB-files
Correct IFO tables with new Vob-unit information
selected + Create new VIDEO_TS.IFO & VTS_01_0.IFO selected if you are making a DVD purely from VOB files. See Derrows excellent guides at
