Scenarist Issues

The first problem i have is that I extracted an AC3 track using DVD2AVI and it has an -83ms delay. How do I account for that in scenarist.

The second problem I have is that when I extract the cells/chapters of a DVD using ChapterXtractor, the time code looks like this 00:05:09:76, the problem is in Scenarist the time code will only allow this 00:05:09:29 then it changes to 00:05:10:00, how do I account for those changes?

The time code issue is the root of both problems.

(no flame intended here) but when ChapterExtractor outputs a timecode like "00:05:09:76", looks like CE is at fault.

try to reset or drag the start time in scenarist.

I don't think it's an erorr with ChapterXtractor, if you look in Doom9's guide on the IfoEdit/CCE method, his picture of CE shows timecodes with similar times.

I do not know anything about ChapterXtractor, but it looks to me that the last number is in 100ths of seconds. Another way of writing it would be 00:05:09.76 or 00:05:09:45. (I ran into this when converting SubStation Alpha timecodes)
