Using AVI Defreezer!!

When using Gordian Knot, my backups usually have freeze frames in one or two spots during a normal length film and up to four or five for films requiring 6+ .vob files. I use the AVIDeFreeze utility on this site to correct these freezed frames but the audio is not muxed with the new file. In order to mux the audio back to the corrected video file, will I need to demux the .vob files another time or will I be able to use the mp3 files automatically created with my Gordian Knot conversion? Which is the best program to use to remux the new and corrected video file? To convert the ac3 file to mp3, I use BeSweet and to mux, I use Nandub?

Any suggestions on how to go about muxing audio to video clips is much appreciated.
