Dummy Cells in Scenarist?

Sup guys!
I have found to my other prolem that I need to add dummy cells.Do you add dummy cells by right clicking on program icon > add cell. Is that a Dummy cell?-It doesen't seem to be.Can you help me on how to add a dummy cell in Scenarist.

A dummy cell is just a cell with no programming in it. To create (for example) a dummy pgc, select the folder where you want it to go, and choose the menu: New->PGC

Dummy PGCs is like placeholders for your Command Lists.
