CCE with unsorted VOBS???

Hi all..I am trying to backup Dune....Its has six vobs......however what i realised after having used dvd2avi....that vob1 is the end of the movie ..and that the movie starts with vob2....and then comes all the other 5 vobs??? Is this normnal.....so when i am using dvd2avi is it the possible to set the order of how the vobs should be read or saved??? i want to first get rid of the extras with ifoedit....and then re-encode it with CCE and then author it with scenarist so that i can keep the original menus....(No subs and one original english ac3 track)......If i would encode it the way it is right now...how would i resolve the problem then during playback ..because it would just start with the end of the movie.......so would i have to adjust the chapter points to solve this problem?? ..Its a little unclear for me on how i can solve this problem ...so any ideas are welcome......

Just use DVD2AVI and open the second vob and look if the other vobs up to six are addes automaticly, if not use the open command of dvd2avi again and then you can add or delete vobs into the right row, so you have just to click add and add the other vobs, and at the last the first vob. this should work without any problems. then simply generete a dvd2avi project and use it with vfapi in cce!
