hi!
just got a question: converting a divx to svcd gives with standard settings in dvd2svcd (just tried a thousands others) very good frame quality, cce wont. i included a file, pls can someone tell me how to eliminate the distortion of the sky, however, encoded with tmpenc, it looks fine.
which function has to be switched on to solve this, the bad color in the upper part in the sky?
