How to change substream id ?

Can I use ifoedit to change audio substream from say 82 to 81 in ifo file?

I dont know exactly why you need this, but there was one instance when i had to do something like this. The main audio track i wanted to keep was not the primary track. This was problematic when i had done the IFOedit/CCE method. After copying over the ifo information and vobs from the scenarist generated output to the original ifo, i had no audio. All i had to do was make sure to copy over the "audio stream 1 status" number from the scenarist generated to original ifo located under VTS_PGC_1 under the VTS_PGCITI section. Then i had sound again. I hope i gave a solution to a problem im not sure you are experiencing.
