ok, hereīs the situation:

the final avi getīs a tad to big and i decide to reencode with less kbps. i do not want to change anything else!

can i re-use the log or do i have to make another 1st pass.

if thatīs possible, what exactly am i not allowed to change?

thanx for any help

Yes, you can only change the bitrate and reuse the log from the first pass.

Anyway isn't better to reencode the audio with a lower bitrate?

those files donīt contain any audio-streams
i burn the video-file on the 1st cd and the audio-files on the 2nd

it doesnīt not always work out but hey, some films were made to be saved on harddisk
