I am trying to get IFOedit to split a DVD 9, and it's crashing everytime I try?

I have followed all the posts in the forums I can locate on the subject, but....still crashes?

I was wondering if it might be that IFOedit needs another .dll or something to make it perform this function in WinXP??

I have gotten most all the other features of IFOedit to work in XP, so??? I am just stumped as to what is making it do that??

Are there any known bugs between IFOedit, and Windows XP?? (if so, what are the fixes?)

The process I am going through is this, after ripping a movie, specifically, "Behind Enemy Lines" to my HD. I then open IFO that contains the main movie, the VTS_04.VOB to perform the split and strip, etc....so from VOB extras menu. Then I select the options split to 2 DVDR's & strip streams, click next, get the streams menu, select those, and click "Strip It".

The next messege I get is that the program has encountered a fatal error and needs to close window from Windows...which the options are to "end" or "send info to Microsoft".
Well, when you click end, it closes the program, with out accomplishing the task?

Any help you could shed on this would be greatly appreciated!!!

I thought due to a post I saw somewhere that IFOedit might have an issue with VOB files over 1GB, but..not sure on that either.

Behind enemy lines seems different than the movies I have done so far, in that it seems to only have 2 chapters in the Title info??
In the past, the only successful way I have been able to split movies, it using Smartripper, and under the movie options, just picking half the chapters, rip to a folder, then go back and select the other half, rip to a diff. folder?

Again, I would greatly appreciate any advice you could offer on how I might solve these issues, so I can use IFOedit to split DVD 9's!

Thanks in advance!!
