Does Mp3 Vbr is sometimes to blame for audio and video asychronous?

why second ?

interleaving is really to blame for asynchs in a/v. vbr makes it harder to interleave.

Especially when using Wave Out with a combination of say DeDynamic:)


Another reason to use Vorbis I suppose.
