surround sound

I'm thinking about buying a surround sound 5.1 speaker system. I wanted some feedback on what the best sound card that supports the 6 speaker surround sound system is and whats the best speakers to buy for a reasonable amount of money. I was thinking buying them for around 60 bucks on ebay but if sumone knows a better sight with nice speakers lemme know. I'm willing to spend about 80 on the speakers so if anyone knows about any good deals plz lemme know. If anyone else can give me sum input on anything i asked that would be gr8.

For the budget you outlined for speakers a Sblive Audigy oem with firewire will do 6chout, or a Turtle Beach Santa Cruz. Neither of these are the best, to get better your going to spend 3 times as much money for a audio card & still not have the best. But this setup will allow you gaming & dvd surround with 6 speakers.
