Hi there

I'm quite new to this but I have a question

I ripped X-Men perfectly, no errors at all with Guardian Knot, however this disc was a US, so 23FPS

Now I tried a German disc with 25FPS. I did all according to the guide here at doom9 but the resulting video is bigger as calculated and it is jumpy ihn playback.
Video and Audio are sync so no prob there but the video playback is not smooth. The video seems to jump all the time.
For example if there is a camera swing you see that quite well.

Hope someone can help me here.

Thanks

99% of all PAL DVD's are perfect for ripping because you don't need (that is: you must not in any case use) any of the force film (ivtc) or deinterlace options.

Just crop, resize and encode, that's it!

Ok thanks, I'll try that, and leave the option out this time. Hope it works then
