Creating an .ifo

Is there anyway of creating an .ifo from a set of vobs? I deleted all the files except the vobs in an effort to tidy up the directory, and now I've gone and given the dvd to someone 200 miles away and I need to create subs for it. I thought it was just a list of the vobs, but it turns out that's the .lst (duh) file.

Any help much appreciated. :)

If you want subs you don't need to have IFO.
You can always load all vobs into the SubRip and save subtitiles as .srt format. Later you can convert it to for example .smi and still watch them using WMP 6.4 and DVobSub.
