Hi folks
I wanna know is this possible with TMPG or not.
I tried TMPG but when I open the aspect ratio I see that it has only 4:3 and 16:9 modes. So please tell me that how can I make a video in 4:3(pan-scan) mode with TMPG.

Also if you know any other software for this case , please tell me.
