Best vcd/svcd photo album software

Hi all , after dl'ing so many author softwares like audiostudio, ulead dvd(...something) and more i couldn't find the software to answer my needs. i need an author software that have the following features:

1. can make vcd(svcd is optional)
2. that have effects
3. that is friendly enough
4. that support photo album feature with more than 99 images
5. that combined sound with the photo album
6. movie clips can be added

in short - the best author software.

* If you can tell me where i can dl it , it would be gr8 !

You might want to look in the Doom 9 VCD/SVCD encoding & authoring (http://forum.doom9.org/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=35) for better information on VCD authoring software. There is also information available HERE (http://www.vcdhelp.com/author.htm) on authoring software for VCD. This particular forum focuses on DVD authoring.

first , i'd like to thank you for the fast respond :)

but , i've already tried all the softwares on vcdhelp.com tutorial , and they are no good . each software has it's limitations (only 99 photos , no clips , etc...)
