strange artifacts using ReMPEG with clockwork orange

Hi

I tried to reduce the size of the clwo VOBs on my HD with ReMPEG. The first seconds from VTS_01_01.VOB are a Warner Bros. sign on some other studio stuff in 4:3. The rest of the movie is something like 16:9 (DVD2AVI says 4:3, but there are black bars). The first part is absolutly fine after encoding with ReMPEG but the main-movie has some strange artifacts.

Some suggestions?

you have to strip vob id for the warner brother logo it causes the bitrate to be all messed in rempeg

I think, I should read the guides twice or so...

Mh, there wasn't only the studio-logo, the trailer from the movie is part of first vob too. I want to keep it, but the trailer is also 4:3. There is no way to keep the "watch trailer"-button working - right?
Is ist possible to paste the trailer to the video.m2v from ReMPEG without navigation errors? I think, I have to paste him at the end of the movie...
