How can I active forced display Subtitle Over the video...??

I want to put a subtitle over the video as a forced display...
I am using the Maestro & already have tried to use their forced display in subtitle setting..
But it worked only when I activate the subtitle in my dvd player..
but cannot display automatically ...

How Can I make it automatic (mean without activation of the subtitle)?

Does there is any solution for my problem...??
