I have a 2.2Ghz P4 with 256 MB of DDR RAM... and a TV tuner crad without ( i think ) real time MPEG encoding ablity. ( Since it is a low profile card )
And i am wondering is it possible to real time cpature the TV films to AVI??. Since AVI has less compression ( or is it no compression ?? ) therefore i wouldn't take as much CPU resources as doing real time recoding to MPEG via software. Is that correct??
Then i could always change the AVI to Divx 5..
