Here's what I did:
1. SmartRipper to rip THREE KINGS to HD --> synch OK
2. IfoEdit to strip all audio streams except for English --> synch still OK
3. ReMPEG2 to transcode the video
4. IfoEdit to remux --> synch at the beginning is OK; after the layer change point, video is lagging by a second or so. Also noticed a slight pause in the video at layer change.
Anyone has experienced this and/or knows how to correct the problem, please advise. Much appreciated.
