A friend of mine told that he managed to compile both cvd and svcd subs on a movie (in different streams)...
He used the latest WinSubmux.
Will this feature be part of the DVD2SVCD package in the near future??
PS. Thanx DVD2SVCD for this great program!!!

Ok... so nobody seems to know... :(
Will just have to do it the manual way then. :)

Hello Waqqey,
because my standalone does not support SVCD nor CVD subtitles I'm not an expert when it comes to subtitles. But personally I don't believe that this is possible - but please if someone knows then correct me if I'm wrong.
Perhaps you're better served in the subtitles forum so please post if you want a mod to move this thread over there.
Greetings,
Gerti
Edit:
Ok, I did a quick search for you :D (and for me too to satisfy my curiosity) and found this thread:

If you have a close look at the revision history of WinSubMux by new_age you will see these line:
To insert SVCD style subtitles into Stream #0 and CVD style subtitles into Stream #1
WinSubMux.exe INPUT.MPG -s 0 SUB_SVCD.SUB OUTPUT.MPG -s 1 -C SUB_CVD.SUB
So it seems to be possible but you have to do it manually (yet)
Greetings,
Gerti
