Hi all

I keep getting the above error when importing my AC3 into DVDMaestro.

I'm following the "Getting the best out of CCE" guide and have done every thing to the letter. I have follwed the guide before and got the same error, but the audio seemed ok when I carried on parising.

I'm using CCE 2.5 & DVD2AVI 1.76

The film is Captin Corellis Mandolin (PAL) (It's for my other half ;))

I have also tried to create a sync audio track in DVDMaestro but it still looks funny when I play it on a standalone player.

Hopefully someone can help tell me what I'm doing wrong to keep getting this error.

thx

Try using SmartRipper. Under the "Stream Processing" tab, check only the audio files that you want. Select "Demux to extra file" and then start. This will give you the AC3 files. I haven't had a problem with it yet.

That's not going to help me because of two things.

1)Don't have the disc

2)I have set the video and audio to start a little way in rather that at the start of the vob. So if I rip the sound out like you said I will still get sync problems.

Thanks though

In that case, it will never be in sync unless you alter it. Obviously if you've altered the original layout, your AC3 timecodes will no longer be valid. You didn't mention that before. In your first post, you said you had "done every thing to the letter". Since you're changing things it will be a bit different. How are you doing your editing? You might want to try importing your assets into Adobe Premiere, do your editing and then export the timeline from there.

Don't worry. I started again but this time I checked the audio would work in Maestro first. It did so now I encoding the video.

Thx
