Hi,

Maestro sould be able to do that for you, may be automatically due to to timecodes embedded in the stream.
Not tested yet, try and let us know.

Another way ist to zoom down to Frame / GOP in Maestro timeline and put the audio on the timeline with an offset (drag to the right) If the video is first insert a still frame in front of the original video stream and drag the audio accordingly.

I postet a very detailed audio synch procedure using Maestro here some time ago.
