Ok, so i wanna rip my blade dvd, but i want 2 695-700mB-ish files, how can i do it?
Ok, so start by reading "The Guides" at www.doom9.org

Alright, this is what you would want to do...
Basically...
Use your bitrate calc and figure out exactly what bitrate you want to use... I can't remember how long the movie is exactly or I would give you a bitrate you can use, so you're going to have to have to enter it yourself...
I have found that Advanced Bitrate Calc 1.85 works rather well for me.
It gives you the choice to enter how long the movie is, what you want to encode the audio at and how big you want the files to be. Then it gives you your bitrate...
Once you have encoded your movie you can use virtual dub to split the movie into two equal parts.
