Good luck trying to get anyone at Paypal by phone. I am joining a class action against Paypal which alleges severe breaches in customer service and other problems. I know it won't make you feel any better that most everyone else is having the same problems as you are in getting an answer from them. I know there was a local number floating around several months ago for a backline, but I was told that it has since been disconnected.

Thats funny, I saw on Cybercrime (TechTV) that the BBB gave their seal of approval because they vastly improved their customer support. Guess not.

I finally got an answer today.. but of course it didn't quite cover my problem.. still have no administrative email.. and I don't get any payment notification to any of my 4 (valid) registered emails..
