2nd disc out of sync when jumping chapters

There's a small bug that occurs with 108b1 and 109b1. I encode my movies at dvd resolutions (720x480 no downsampling of audio) to burn to dvdr as well as svcd. My players (apex5131 and pioneer333) play these svcds without problem when encoded with v107b4. With v108b1 and v109b1, disc 2 of the svcd exhibits async only when skipping through chapters when played on my apex; the pioneer has no problem like this. When played without skipping through chapters, there is no sync problem. Disc 1 has no problem. When skipping chapters, the audio does not play immediately (no sound) for a second or two.

Here's my log files; I know you're going to say don't use special characters in the paths, but I've had the same results using regular characters as well. I've burned bins using cdrwin and nero as well.

I have the same issue, where two different models of APEX players skip through the chapters at the wrong points and in the wrong order.
I've tested the same SVCD disc I created on a JVC player and with my Hollywood Plus software. Only the APEX players seem to skip throught chapters incorrectly when using the next and previous buttons and can't get the chapters right when skipping to chapters with the numeric keypads.

I write my chapters using VCDEasy 1.13 and just create 8 equidistant chapters. My SVCD only has one mpeg file on it, which is 1hour 39minutes.

Does APEX possibly have an issue reading longer movie files on 1 disc. How long was the film on your SVCD?

If anyone wants me to, I'll post my xml file online. Other movies I've made have no problem with the APEX and the SVCD chapters.

This is a player issue and not a problem with the SVCD's themselves.

True. True. My bad. APEX has some weird thing happening, but only on some SVCDs written by the same programs with the same steps other SVCDs were written on. Does APEX not have any sort of really good standard setup for reading the SVCD chapters? It only happened to me with longer SVCDs. I should check to see if I can find a certain leingth of time the APEX stops reading correclty at.
