Can I make it pan&scan with ifo edit?

Is it just a case of haltering the line were it says letterboxed to letterboxed & pan&scan then resaving it?:rolleyes:

No. The MPEG stream actually has to have the Pan&Scan info encoded into it. There are utilities out there that will insert Pan&Scan info into a pre-existing MPEG stream.
