add sound to an avi

how can i delete the excisting sound in an avi, and add a new sound file (mp3...) to it without affecting the quality of the video???

Hi-

In Nandub: Go File-Open Video File (and enter the .avi). Set Video to Direct Stream Copy. Make sure Audio is Set to Direct Stream Copy and use (VBR)MP3 audio to enter the new MP3. Go File-Save as AVI (and give it a different name than before).
