Last chapter not included in XML when using fixed chapters...

This is not really something that worries me on a practical level, but I always use fixed chapters of 60 secs and while I have been using this program (since Christmas), the last chapter has never been included in the XML file, that I can recall.

e.g. a 45:23 SVCD should have 46 (45 + 1) chapter points with the last chapter point at 45:00. Instead it has 45 chapter points with the last at 44:00.

As I said, not something of much concern.

This has always been the case. If you need to just open up the cue file and add a chapter at the end. The numbers are all wrong, but you should catch the logic of them.

I wasn't aware that would fix it, as the inclusion of chapters affects the bin file as well as the cue.

Also, if adding a line to the cue, it would be a bit hard to get the chapter point correct when VBR is used. It would be easier to use vcdeasy ;)
