WinCDR 7.0 Ultimate DVD ?!!

Has anyone used this apps? The only thing I know about this apps is that, it is very popular in Japan (60% market share). Searching about this apps thru Google, and it returns pages after pages of Japanese Web sites, and since I don't know any Japanese, I have no idea what's about.

So is there any Japanese reader out there, or any people who can read Japanese, that can explain this WinCDR apps to me, I would really appreciate it. Is this apps has Japanese character only, and not English? What I mean is that is this apps only designed for the Japanese market, and not available somewhere else?

Here's what I find out more about this program:

* Developed by a Japanese company called Aplix Corporation (It has an office in San Francisco).
* Aplix has been in the DVD/CD Mastering Software business since early 1990.
* Here's the official company spin about this particular WinCDR product:

Well, that's all I know about this program for now. Hopefully, any Japanese readers out there can shed more light into this.
