Settings when using DVD2SVCD to create DVD video?

Are these the only required changes?:
-Encode as 4:3 without borders if 16:9 anamorphic.
-Select DVD(full size) in frameserver tab
-Check DVD compliant in CCE advanced settings
-Check Close all GOPs in CCE advanced settings

I did this with two chapters (each from a different film) and Spruce DVDMaestro seemed satisfied with the video. Incidentally, in both instances DVDMaestro whinged about a corrupt frame at the end of the AC3.

sounds good. Let me know when you find out which settings are needed if you could. I still think this portion of DVD2DVD-R is still beta. Why else would dvd2svcd refer to it as spooky-settings=1.
