Hi8 or DV

Hi All,

I have a Sony Hi8 camcorder, and am thinking about upgrading to a DV camcorder. My first question is, is it worth it? Would the video quality of a DV camcorder over a Hi8 camcorder justify the large expense of the upgrade? My second question is, does anyone know of any DV camcorder review sites so I can compare camera's?

I personally definitely think it's worth it. Some of those DV cameras look damn sweet picture-wise.

e-pinions.com has alot of user reviews of equipment. That's a good place to start.
