PVA fails in Build 1.0.9B1

PVAStrumento fails to process the PVA file, hence the entire process falls over (actually fails when CCE tries to load the avs file). It manages to get to CCE in about 5 seconds !!

The problem would appear to be the "magic" number in the pva_job.txt file, which if you change from the offeryn pvas job v000102 # DO NOT DELETE THIS LINE to the corrected offeryn pvas job v002016 # DO NOT DELETE THIS LINE it is happy to be run via cPVAS.EXE
