Bug in ver 1.0.9 build 1 Preview Video mode

I found a bug in ver 1.0.9 build 1 in Preview video mode. Enclosed a screenshot of the error msg. Seems like its trying overwrite a image and can't for some reason. Preview Video worked fine with the ver 1.0.8.

Steps to reproduce the error:

Select your movie.
go to conversion tab
click on go button and choose preview video ( still picture)
Once the preview video window comes up try to change the aspect and walla you should get the error msg as I do.
Or Possibly I could be the sucker:devil:

I've tryed many time but no error occurred.
Try deleting all the files inside DVD2SVCD\temp dir.

I clean out the dvd2svcd/tmp directory. No luck. I'm still getting the same error.

Consider the following option only if you are using W2K or Win XP.

You might not have the right permissions on this folder. Right click on this folder and choose properties. Go To Security and add Everyone with Full Control.

i throught im the only one with this problem!
Im using the newest version of DVD2SVCD and WinXP!
With older versiones i dont this error!
I already tried to change user permissions but isnt helping!
