How do you tell if your movie is a seamless branching title?

"Seamless Branching" is much as it's name suggests. I've not seen a lot of them. (The Matrix is all the comes to mind right now) Basically, you are given the option to "jump out" of the playback at any given time to view another clip. At the end of the clip, you are returned to the exact point you left in the original. In other words, you "seamlessly branched" out and returned.
