a) why are you opening a thread of it's own about this issue when your matter is discussed in another forum?
Strike 1 for you as well.
b) If you read the forum rules, you'll find something about "subjects should contain some valuable information".
That's strike 2, and that in _1_ post! Amazing!
c) Please, do search the forum a little before asking such questions. Follow the links, read about the software you're using.
With this procedure you will sure see something about "command line interface" or short "CLI".
This means you need to go to www.google.com and search about CLI or command line interface.
Then you'd know that you simply have to open a dos prompt, change to your directory, and then enter the command line which is given in the readme which you say you read.

Also the program has to be in same dir as the movie that you want to convert to bin.
Hm, I didn't check on that, but giving the full path to the moviefile _should_ work as well. But I didn't look into the creator sources yet.

Koepi
yup, absolute paths will work fine as well. And you can enclose them in quotes if they contain spaces.
mode2cdmaker "d:\my dumb path\my dumb movie file.avi"
