Black bars on borders of ati aiw radeon tv-out

Is it possible to remove the black bars from ati aiw radeons tv-output??????????

I had A radeon VE, with Tvout, I I solved in this way...
You have to download Rage3dTweak, from www.rage3d.com and enable Overscan (I don't remeber the exact name as I've changed video card). Then in system display properties there will be a check that will enable overscan. Only on the bottom of the screen there may be a little (but this may depend from TV) border.
Dunno why this option was disabled by defaulf :confused:
