Help! I have a scratched dvd that causes vStrip and SmartRipper to hiccup and die. DVDDecrypter is the only program that's able to extract the vobs correctly.

My problem is that I'm reliant on the Gordan Knot method of encoding XviDs... I'm only interested in the 2nd of 3 program chains in the DVD, and I need to rip the subtitles too.

I guess what I need right now is help as to how to "trim" the raw vobs DVDDecrypter returns, and how to create a new ifo file reflecting the trimmed vobs so SubRipper can do its job. Thanks!

will vstrip not work on the newly ripped vobs?
Possibly not, because it relies too much on the actual content of the sectors :( - My 'empty' one may cause it to bomb out. Worth a try though!
