stripping special features

hi , my problem is stripping the special features from 2 films.
the 2 films i'm having problems with are the matrix and enemy at the gates . when i've ripped enemy at the gates and watch the film every now and again i get a gun scope appear in the top right hand corner , during the original disc you can press a button and have deleted scenes inserted back into the film , how do i stop the scope from appearing in my stripped version?
with the matrix i gather its the same with the white rabbit but i also have another problem . when i have ripped the film and play it back ,in the opening scenes trinity does some brilliant moves , but it plays them about 3 times each , they are good moves but i only want to see them once each time i watch the film . i have a similar problem with shrek , when i've ripped the film and play it back during the beginning writing comes up stating the film was "presented or produced by etc." but plays it about 5 times in all different languages , i can only speak 1 . how do i stop this ?
any help would be gratefully received.

Hi

Are you using Smart Ripper and ripping in the default Movie Mode (in the upper left hand corner)? I know that works for Enemy At The Gates and Shrek. If it doesn't also work with The Matrix, then maybe try DVD Decrypter or VStrip.

I just did the Matrix a while back with Smartripper v2.40 with no problems using Movie Mode. Just ensure the same options are selected that are shown in the Doom9 guide for GKnot.
