I just watched a sample from their 700 clip. It looked "ok". What is even more cool is being able to watch a video on demand. I wonder how long it is going to take before we are able to queue up any movie and watch it on demand.

Did anyone notice the movies are in AVI format? And you can stream them. How is this possible with AVI, it can't be that hard to figure it out and modify it for DivX or XviD.

the codec allows streaming or not.
