I'm not a newbie but I've been out of the DVD ripping scene for a while. Is there a general consensus of the best way to handle 29.97 fps interlaced anime? Like what filters and settings to use? For now I'm using Decomb's FieldDeinterlace and Decimate(cycle=5).
