You should go back and read on the rules, because in this post you broke a few rules and they are simple for you to follow with that said i found soooooo many threads going in to detail on TS with just a simple search.

Rule (1), (1a), (9)

Well about the rulez

1) Read up before asking! There are tons of guides, FAQs and each forum has a dedicated Q&A thread with additional info.

1a) Use the search function before posting. Chances are your question has already been answered.

9) Use a title that describes the content of your post. Don't use all caps or special characters to draw attention."

Well the truth is that I pressed the rong button insteed of reply I press new post I tried to delete the new post named THanks but I couldn't so I toght that since I couldnt delete it I could at least change it into something that made sense and I wanted to know what temporal smoother, since dvd2svd talked about it one post saying exacly what is said in the FAQ "If you have manually turned on Temporal Smoother then this will slow encoding down by about 40% as well. " and that temporal smoother would in someway improve quality.
I made a search but in the search I didnt't find any that actualy adressed the quality problem or explained what it was, they spoke about TS has a secondary problem and therefore I didnt post any help request because I dint think it had to do with the initial topic .

Sorry if I did something rong.

There really is tons of info on this, but to put it simply TS is a type of noise reduction. It takes many resources and for most encodes is more of a waste. If you do 1 pass VBR some people swear by it.
