Made a dumb move a long time ago with one of my first encodes (think DVD2SVCD version 1.02buildX or there abouts).
DVD2SVCD detected the wrong Aspect ratio. I ended up with a 4:3 instead of a 16:9.
Is there any way to copy the MPEG-2 muxed finished file off of the already authored SVCD discs, resize and AddBorders, and then author new SVCD discs without having to reencode the video.
I have read that "PVA2SVCD" takes an MPEG-2 stream and processes it. However, I am looking for something simpler.
I know this is a dumb question but a search lead me nowhere.
Thanks

PS Another option is borrow the DVD again and start from scratch but giving me all the great options since that build from long ago: subs with options, multiple audio tracks at different bitrates, IMDB info, change CD pics, DVD chapters...........
PPS Donate to DVD2SVCD
