How to CLIP FRAME in DVD2SVCD?

Is there a way to "clip frame" in DVD2SVCD? TMPG has this setting where you can clip a portion of the frame, I use it to clip off a little of the left and right frame so a 16:9 movie will fill a little more of a 4:3 TV screen (you sacrifice just a little of the far left and right frame, but you gain in the overall movie being a little taller on screen) - I can't find a way to adjust this in DVD2SVCD?

You can edit the Avs script manually. You can reduce the border size, but your aspect ratio will be wrong.
