I have been looking for a relatively easy way to include deleted scenes in my final encode. I can calculate the birate as such for the whole length I come out w/ the Mpeg2 file for the main movie and several small Mpeg2 files (all different encodes, images unchecked). However I cannot find a frame acurate editing orcutiing merging tool for putting these scenes in. TMPGENC cuts the audio at the correct point but leaves the video go on for 10 to 15 seconds after the cut point. I have tried MPG2VCR but my files always end up out of sync. If anyone has any suggestions, please help me.
