I am ripping DVD's with multiple episodes on one disk and would like the finished mpegs seperate from each other (coresponding to chapter would be fine). Is this possible with DVD2SVCD? By the way, I am a slippery wet newbie, so please go easy on me :)

P.S. I am amazed at how easy to use the program is, and the results (from my very first rip) are excellent!

There are a couple of ways to do this.

The easiest is to treat each episode as a seperate disc. Basically you would be ripping into different directories, renaming the files and doing it as a single encode. There is a full set of instructions in the Q + A. The question is Q41: HOWTO combine/encode 2 disc DVD set as one movie.
Think of each episode as a different disc.

The only drawbacks are that you may have to change discs in the middle of an episode and the time shown on the conversion tab won't be right, but that does not matter to DVD2SVCD you will just have to adjust your thinking to include the time of all the episodes.

The second way is to do each episode all the way through, but don't make images and manually burn or create the images from the mpg files yourself in TSCV or something like it. There is a guide on doom9.org and the program has it's own website and forum specific to the program.

I think the first way is easier.
