[urgent] wat program do i need to do avi -> rm

I am doing a project in my university course and it require me to do a stream video to demonstrate my university, so i have to video it and use software to make rm file

i recently use premiere 6.0 to make rm file, but i found that after 10sec play of the video i made already are very jerky......so i now thk that it is a problem of premiere 6.0

so can someone suggest me to use another program to make rm file from avi or mpg??

please help, is urgent.

Er, how about RealProducer? :) You can even frameserve VirtualDub -> RealMedia Producer ...
