VOB Instant DVD Help please

Since I upgraded my version of VOB, when I write a DVD to the harddisk using Instant Copy it writes a Cue file and splits the Bin files into 6 files, 1 with 0 bytes, 4 1GB and 1 with 119mb.
When I try to write the cue files back to DVD it cannot read the cue files.
Please help as this method worked perfectly before I Upgrade the program.

Win2000 pro used so its not a 4GB problem

i have posted that stuff in the Ifo Edit Forum that i think Von Instant Update is buggy.
My problem was that it stopped writing after 6mb, so that i reupdated!
