I've this problem I've compress today a 2 hour movie I've selected in bitrate 940MB (I'm using 90 minuts cd's overburned to 94minuts but they can hold till 95:57 according to nero) but the problem is that the first image has 948MB and the second only has 640 MB wich is 300 MB lower tham what it should be :( What should I do ? I've just wasted 300MB of storage capacity that could be used for better quality :(
By the way both cd's are working well so It was a successefull overburn.

Without logs I am only guessing.
I know that the number you put in the CD tab is always smaller then the final image size. Usually by about 6mb's. If you put 800 in the cd tab you will get a 806 or 807mb file size at the end. So if you have to have 940mb then place 932 to 934 in the cd size. It's always been this way.
For the small file if the movie and bitrate were not long enough or high enough it will not fill the final cd. If you limit the high side by setting the MAX AVG below what DVD2SVCD wants to use it is forced to use this bitrate as it's a high limit.
These are only guesses since I have no info to work with.
